WHO ARE WE?

The Coral World Ocean & Reef Initiative (CWORI) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, dedicated to protecting and restoring our marine environment. Established in 2019, CWORI works to conserve marine habitats and wildlife through rescue, rehabilitation, restoration, research, and public education.

CWORI also operates the CWORI Dive Center on Coki Beach, where diving and snorkeling experiences directly support conservation. Every dive funds critical programs including coral restoration, wildlife rescue, and endangered species monitoring. The Dive Center offers guided shore dives, ecology-focused activities, snorkel experiences, Try Scuba sessions, and full SSI certification courses for divers of all levels. Our goal is to make the underwater world accessible, educational, and unforgettable—while giving back to the environment with each experience.
